The Iloilo City Pavilion at WOFEX Manila 2025 wows visitors
As the country’s first UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy, Iloilo City has taken center stage at WOFEX 2025 with bold flavors, local pride, and nonstop excitement.
Food lovers and industry professionals alike are raving, the Iloilo Pavilion delivers culture, creativity, and community in every bite.
Among the Ilonggo exhibitors were iconic names such as Netong’s Original La Paz Batchoy, Pat-pat’s Kansi, RGies Delicacies, Kape Iloilo, Prince Baker, Carlo’s Bakeshop, Kap Ising, Sabor Ilonggo, JD Bakeshop and Biscocho House.
Fresh Guimaras mangoes and mango products were also brought in by our partners from the Metro Iloilo-Guimaras Economic Development Council (MIGEDC).
Also joining are top establishments Richmonde Hotel Iloilo and Damires Hills Tierra Verde, showcasing Iloilo’s excellence in food and tourism services.
Iloilo’s participation was supported by the Iloilo Festivals Foundation, Inc., Metro-Iloilo Guimaras Economic Development Council, Filipino-Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Inc., Iloilo Chapter, Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry Iloilo Chapter, Inc., Philippine Chinese Chamber of Commerce, Panay Chapter, Iloilo Hotels Restaurants and Resorts Association, Fiesta Souvenirs, Iloilo MICE Alliance and the Department of Trade and Industry Iloilo Provincial Office.
WOFEX (World Food Expo) 2025 is the largest and most influential food trade show in the Philippines, celebrating its 25th anniversary this year.
Held from August 6 to 9, 2025, WOFEX exhibits and booths are placed at the SMX Convention Center and World Trade Center, Metro Manila.
Aside from exhibitions, another feature of the event is the WOFEX University which offers advanced learning sessions led by industry experts.
